Brother

Call 0800 329 111 for assistance. For any faulty Brother product, customers must contact Brother's help desk directly on 0800 329 111. ChoiceMax and our suppliers do not accept returns for faulty Brother products.

Canon

Call 0800 222 666 for ink cartridge claims. For all claims related to Canon ink cartridges, customers must provide photo evidence or a test page showing the printing fault. Our approval decision will be based on the results of these tests. Canon will not accept our claim without this evidence. Call 0800 222 666 for ink cartridge claims.

Epson

Call 0800 237 766 for technical support. Customers should contact Epson's technical support line on 0800 237 766 for all end-user product inquiries related to faulty Epson products. The technical support team will provide a DOA number if the product is deemed faulty, which customers can then send back to ChoiceMax and our suppliers for credit or replacement. All Epson inks have a 6-month warranty period from the date of the original invoice, and credits will only be issued for original Epson products being returned.

Fuji Xerox

Call 0800 493 769 for assistance. Customers must contact the Fuji Xerox Customer Support Centre on 0800 493 769 for any faulty Fuji Xerox products. If Fuji Xerox deems the claim to be substantiated, the customer will be directed to send the faulty item to their nearest Fuji Xerox representative for assessment. If the item is faulty, Fuji Xerox will issue replacement stock. ChoiceMax and our suppliers do not accept returns for faulty Fuji Xerox products.

HP

Call 0800 441 147 for technical support. For any end-user product inquiries related to faulty HP products, customers should contact HP's technical support line on 0800 441 147. The technical support team will provide a DOA number if the product is deemed faulty, which customers can then send back to ChoiceMax and our suppliers for credit or replacement. Hewlett Packard will not accept any expired, refilled, or remanufactured ink cartridges. Cartridges will also be checked against HP's minimum return weights, and cartridges below this weight will be classified as empty.

Kyocera

Call 0800 459 623 for repair or replacement. ChoiceMax and our suppliers will only accept back faulty Kyocera consumables. For any D.O.A. or faulty hardware, customers must contact Kyocera directly on 0800 459 623 for repair or replacement.

Oki

Call 0800 778 800 for assistance. Customers must contact the OKI Customer Service Satisfaction Centre on 0800 778 800 for any faulty OKI products. If the claim is substantiated, customers will be directed to send the faulty item to their nearest OKI representative for assessment. If the item is faulty, OKI will issue replacement stock. ChoiceMax and our suppliers do not accept returns for faulty OKI products.
